Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Wilson, NC, is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance, and maximize production uptime in a fast-paced beverage facility.

You will enforce GMPs, safety, and environmental standards while coordinating equipment upgrades and root-cause analysis.

Qualified candidates have 5–7 years in manufacturing maintenance, a high school diploma (undergraduate preferred), and proficiency with Excel, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems under deadline pressure.
• Organized and detail oriented with change adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and provide direction to achieve uptime targets.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and compliance with GMPs and safety policies.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate equipment upgrades and repairs.
• Maintain documentation and reports on maintenance activities.
