Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure timely service requests and preventive maintenance, while keeping safety and OSHA guidelines in focus.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of housing laws. Regular on-site work, with potential on-call emergencies, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Coordinate resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Maintain inventory and purchase supplies within budget.
• Lead maintenance staff and supervise vendors.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
