Job summary

Asset Living in Olympia, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across our community and manage staff and vendors with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, maintain records and inventory, and respond to on-call emergencies to protect property value. EPA/CPO certification and HVAC knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; schedule activities.
• Respond to resident management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs, safety standards, and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Maintain records of service requests, make-ready status, and inventory.
