Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to ensure safety and quality across units and common areas.

Ideal candidates will have High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills, with HVAC knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and manage staff.
• Coordinate/inspect service requests and work orders daily.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance are met across the property.
• Manage vendor relations, inventory, and budgeting under Community Manager guidance.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff.
