Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trade certification.
• CAMT certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and prioritize work orders.
• Lead preventive maintenance and unit turns.
• Supervise and develop maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and building codes.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on budget and capital plans.
