Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a maintenance professional to support the Property Manager and Maintenance III in preserving the property's physical integrity. You will help ensure a safe living environment for residents and staff and assist in identifying and correcting issues across the community.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready repairs, documenting work orders, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Trade certificates in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager and Maintenance III in keeping the community's physical integrity.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks, ensure make-ready repairs are completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and recommend corrections.
• Procure outside services and vendors for contracts or repairs.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
