Job summary

Capitol Rose is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property in Washington, DC. You will ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while managing service requests and preventive maintenance.

The role requires hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills, a high school diploma, and 1+ year supervisory experience in property management. A focus on safety, budget adherence, and resident satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two to three years of experience in the property management industry is required.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisor role in the property management industry is required.
• CFC / HVAC / EPA certification preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with AVENUE5 policies, standards, and local regulations.
• Manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit turns.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; supervise maintenance team.
• Coordinate with property manager on emergencies and budget adherence.
