Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Olympia, WA who is highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused. The role requires managing maintenance requests, overseeing preventative tasks, and coordinating with contractors to maintain safe, clean, and efficient living spaces.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in property maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. On-call duties and weekend/holiday work are expected as part of this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote quality living.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances).
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Perform after-hours emergency maintenance as needed.
