Qualifications

• CAMT certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and resolve work orders promptly.
• Oversee inspection and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor staff workloads and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff; onboard and train new team members.
• Develop weekly and on-call schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinate vendors for contracts, repairs, and capital projects.
• Create and manage preventive maintenance plans and inventory.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing safety protocols.
• Communicate maintenance status in regular meetings and reports.
