Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property’s maintenance operations, including unit turns, system repairs, and safety compliance. You will supervise a team, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to meet budget and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage 24/7 coverage requirements while maintaining high-quality property standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, priority work orders, and unit turns.
• Lead and develop maintenance and janitorial staff with on-call coverage.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and monitor performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage inventories.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing safety protocols are followed.
• Partner with Property Manager on budget and capital plans.
