Job summary

Associates/Technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
Communicate maintenance updates and billing concerns with customers.
Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
Hold vendors accountable for quality and schedule for outside work.
Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisor.
