Job summary

Agri-Mark, Inc. in Cabot, VT is seeking a Maintenance and Warehouse Manager to lead our Cutting & Wrapping Plant, drive reliability, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

This hands-on leader will manage maintenance and warehouse teams, optimize CMMS work orders, and partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to raise asset uptime.

Salary range 93k to 113k, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical and operational teams.
• Experience with CMMS systems, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, automation, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance and warehouse operations with emphasis on safety, food safety, GMPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, asset performance, uptime, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Drive full utilization of CMMS for work orders, asset tracking, inventory control, and performance reporting.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis activities and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.
• Develop and mentor maintenance and warehouse personnel through coaching and career development planning.
• Oversee warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, material flow, shipping/receiving, and storage optimization.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to support objectives and long-term plant performance.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, reliability improvements, and long-range asset management strategies.
