Agri-Mark in Cabot, VT, is seeking a full-time Maintenance and Warehouse Manager for our Cutting & Wrapping Plant. The role leads maintenance and warehouse operations, driving reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will build high-performing teams, partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain, and champion Lean, TPM, and autonomous maintenance to improve asset performance and inventory accuracy.

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, maintenance excellence, inventory accuracy, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a highly engaged and skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, drive accountability, and partner across departments to improve plant performance.

Salary Range- 93k to 113k
