Job summary

FoodScience LLC in Williston, Vermont, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and build a best-in-class program. You will drive reliability, partner with Production, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to reduce downtime.

Strong candidates have 5–7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, a related engineering degree, and proven leadership. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and CAPEX involvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience leading a maintenance team
• FDA-regulated or cGMP experience a plus
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Develop a proactive reliability-focused maintenance program
• Lead maintenance team and cross-functional partnerships
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Manage maintenance planning, work orders, and documentation
• Support capital projects from planning to startup
