Job summary

Agri-Mark in Cabot, VT, is seeking a full-time Maintenance and Warehouse Manager for our Cutting & Wrapping Plant. The role leads maintenance and warehouse operations, driving reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will build high-performing teams, partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain, and champion Lean, TPM, and autonomous maintenance to improve asset performance and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering/industrial field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical and operational teams.
• Experience with CMMS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and reliability programs.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, automation, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance and warehouse operations with a focus on safety, GMPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability and uptime.
• Drive CMMS use for work orders, asset tracking, inventory control, and performance reporting.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and mentor maintenance and warehouse personnel through coaching and career development.
