Job summary

FoodScience LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Williston, VT to lead a proactive maintenance program. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to reduce downtime and improve asset reliability, while guiding a high-performing team through capital and process improvements.

The role requires 5–7 years in maintenance leadership, a relevant engineering degree, and a focus on root-cause analysis, preventive/predictive maintenance, and KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS, work order management, and equipment reliability.
• Experience developing or significantly improving a maintenance program within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive, reliability-focused maintenance programs to support safe, efficient manufacturing.
• Strengthen fundamentals while building processes, systems, and accountability for reliability.
• Partner with Production and Operations to balance short-term needs with long-term equipment health.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Maintenance team and drive continuous improvement.
