Job summary

Cedar's Foods is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for our manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of supervisors and technicians, manage PM schedules, and ensure maximum production with a robust spare parts inventory. The role requires on-site flexibility across shifts and on-call duties.

You will report to the Production/Plant Manager and drive continuous improvement, cost control, and safety metrics across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• 3+ years of supervising maintenance staff.
• Experience improving PR% and/or OEE%.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports; foster a team environment.
• Meet/exceed safety, reliability, cost, waste, and quality goals.
• Own spare parts process; act as CMMS domain expert.
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple areas and shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.
