We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, maintenance excellence, inventory accuracy, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a highly engaged and skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, drive accountability, and partner across departments to improve plant performance.
The successful candidate will build a culture of safety, accountability, reliability, and continuous improvement while delivering measurable gains in equipment uptime, maintenance effectiveness, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and overall operational performance.
Salary Range- 93k to 113k
