Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of apartment maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills; able to connect with residents and teammates.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks and inspections for vacant apartments.
• Repair and maintain property systems, following safety and policy guidelines.
• Manage materials and tools, track inventory and re-order needs.
• Document work orders accurately and on time.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure quality and scope compliance.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold risk-management policies.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to residents and colleagues.
