Job summary

Branding Iron Holdings, Rochester, MN, is seeking a Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchasing, inventory control, and vendor relationships for the facility. This role ensures maintenance parts, equipment, and plant consumables are sourced, stocked, and tracked to support uptime and efficiency.

You will work with maintenance leadership, vendors, and internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy, source materials, and ensure timely availability to support plant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchasing materials and vendors.
• Strong inventory control and data-entry skills.
• Experience coordinating with accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders for maintenance materials, parts and equipment.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming maintenance materials and parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for maintenance parts and supplies.
• Perform data entry and inventory tracking in systems.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoices and POs.
• Source materials from multiple vendors for price, quality and availability.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to improve pricing and service.
• Establish and maintain reorder points for maintenance parts and consumables.
• Generate purchasing and inventory reports for maintenance operations.
• Support maintenance teams with purchasing needs for the program.
• Coordinate shipping or distribution of parts for maintenance or facility needs.
