Job summary

Republic Services' maintenance team seeks a Maintenance Inventory Coordinator to manage MRO inventory, purchasing, and CMMS records. You will own purchasing, process POs, and ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, daily inventory control, vendor coordination, and producing reports. Strong Excel and CMMS/ERP experience preferred, with 2–4 years in inventory or maintenance support in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or maintenance support.
• Experience using CMMS, ERP, or inventory management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing MRO inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, organization, and control of over $1M in MRO inventory.
• Own the maintenance purchasing process and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Perform cycle counts, inventories, and reconciliations in CMMS.
• Produce maintenance and inventory reports for management.
