Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking a Maintenance Parts & Inventory Specialist to manage maintenance inventory, quotes, and purchasing coordination. You will support maintenance staff and ensure accurate records in HIPPO and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Responsibilities include PM/DM tracking, parts procurement, daily/weekly reports, and strict adherence to food safety and confidentiality protocols. This role requires independent judgment and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, reading, writing, problem solving, computer, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work with others and without direct supervision.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction, as well as basic math calculations.
• Proficient in the use of all office machines, equipment, computers and Microsoft Office.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work schedule and multi-task.
• Able to work in both buildings.

Responsabilités

• Maintain PM and DM activities in the HIPPO CMMS.
• Generate, issue, track, and log PM/DM records.
• Keep accurate maintenance activity records.
• Conduct root cause analysis for DM events.
• Adhere to IPL Food Safety Plan and procedures.
• Assist maintenance on production equipment as needed.
• Establish and maintain filing systems for maintenance records.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for personnel and management.
• Maintain parts inventory in HIPPO and AX.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile AX.
• Label, deliver, and store parts in proper locations.
