Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at a Denver-area property. You will assist in routine and cosmetic maintenance, manage grounds upkeep, and respond to resident requests under supervision.

The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and knowledge of safety and housing regulations; on-site on-call availability is expected, with opportunities to contribute to a well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software awareness.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance tasks including cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize future issues.
• Ensure safety practices and maintain organized maintenance shop per OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
