Job summary

Asset Living in Colorado is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at the property. You will perform routine, corrective, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, assist in make-ready work, and help keep common areas clean and safe.

Regular onsite attendance, timely response to resident requests, adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance tasks for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic maintenance.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
