Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance across our community in Colorado. The role includes corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks, and the make-ready process under supervision.

The position requires basic computer skills and a High School Diploma, plus knowledge of safety rules. It involves on-site work, teamwork, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills required.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine and corrective maintenance tasks at the community.
• Support make-ready processes to prepare units for new residents.
• Perform cleaning, grounds, and common area upkeep as directed.
• Respond to resident requests and maintenance work orders promptly.
• Inspect facilities daily to identify hazards and safety concerns.
• Follow Asset Living safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Document activities and communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor.
