Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in customer service and operations
• 2 years working in service and parts department preferred
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background/drug screening are required

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and ensure timely service support
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering
• Update PartsNet and conduct regular cycle counts; ensure parts availability
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire stock as needed
• Coordinate warranty shipments and workflow with warranty department
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly and monitor accountability
