The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, OSHA/DOT awareness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Transman system. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to support maintenance operations and company compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Auto or truck parts experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Procures parts and manages inventory using Transman software.
• Maintains organized workspace and accurate records per company policy and government agencies.
• Executes parts inventory processes including physical inventory, parts ordering, stocking, and delivery coordination.
• Maintains min-max levels for inventory control.
• Ensures cleanliness and organization of the parts room.
• Processes shipping warranties and returns to vendors.
• Manages parts obsolescence.
• Participates in training and other duties to support the company's mission and values.
