Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is hiring for an inventory/maintenance parts clerk responsible for receiving and stocking machine parts, tracking PM plans, and ensuring parts are available to support reliability programs.

The role requires basic maintenance exposure, data entry skills, and the ability to work weekend shifts if needed. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and inventory systems is expected, along with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays if needed.
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work with others.
• 1 Year Maintenance Background preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock machine parts for production in correct locations.
• Track PM-based job plans and manage PM backlog.
• Document all PMs and monitor through completion.
• Ensure parts, materials, and tools are requisitioned and available to complete planned jobs.
• Support plant reliability and mechanical integrity programs with the maintenance team.
• Track and report metrics to monitor maintenance performance and reliability.
• Assist with planning/scheduling for major plant turn-around and equipment overhauls.
• Work additional hours to support annual turn-around.
• Learn computerized inventory systems and demonstrate data entry.
• Understand facility terminology when issuing or ordering parts.
• Perform accurate cycle counts to maintain inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
