Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Production Administrator to oversee parts inventory and administrative tasks in our shop environment. You will handle purchasing, stock control, and data entry to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires physical ability to lift heavy parts, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with auto or truck parts and familiarity with DOT/OSHA regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Physically able to lift and carry parts over 60 pounds.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Experience with auto/truck parts and knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes purchases and manages inventory using Transman maintenance software.
• Maintains an organized workspace and accurate records per policy.
• Performs physical inventory, orders parts, and stocks inventory.
• Manages min-max inventory levels and obsolescence.
• Processes warranty recoveries, repair orders, and returns to vendors.
• Keeps the parts room orderly and compliant with safety rules.
