Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Production Administrator to oversee parts and inventory in a shop environment. The role includes purchasing, warranty recovery, reorder processing using Transman, and maintaining accurate records per company policy and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to lift heavy parts, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Procures parts and manages inventory using Transman and processes warranty recovery and repair orders.
• Maintains organized workspace and accurate records per policy and regulations.
• Performs physical inventory, places parts orders, coordinates pickup/delivery, stocks inventory.
• Maintains min–max inventory records and ensures parts room is clean and orderly.
• Handles shipping warranties and parts returns to vendors.
• Manages parts obsolescence and participates in ongoing training.
