You will supervise on-site teams, optimize preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering reliable, high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring of maintenance teams.
• 3–5 years in apartment maintenance.
• 3–5 years HVAC experience; EPA certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead property-level maintenance teams and oversee service staff.
• Develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate renovations and capital projects with Operations Managers.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices across maintenance ops.
• Manage vendor relationships and external service providers.
• Oversee inventory, procurement and cost controls.
• Provide after-hours emergency maintenance across portfolio.
• Track KPIs and report on maintenance performance.
• Hands-on support and on-site maintenance as needed.
