Responsibilities

• Oversee and support property-level maintenance staff across assigned properties.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members; participate in hiring and reviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Perform regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
• Coordinate renovation and capital improvement projects with Operations Managers.
• Ensure OSHA and local regulations compliance; promote safe work practices.
