SP+, a Metropolis company, is an AI-powered real-world solutions provider focused on checkout-free parking experiences. We seek a maintenance operations lead to oversee daily upkeep, oversee staff, and drive new service opportunities across our portfolio in North America.

The role reports to the Facility Maintenance service line with a focus on safety, compliance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has supervisory maintenance experience, strong communication, and hands-on ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in maintenance or related field.
• Basic computer skills; able to assemble quotes using Excel, Word and bid software.
• Experience ensuring compliance with EPA Clean Water Act and local laws.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional business approach.
• Excellent written and presentation skills and strong communication.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
• Hands-on maintenance experience including repair and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare maintenance schedules with on-site manager and assign work.
• Develop new business opportunities for maintenance services.
• Inspect bids and submit timely proposals and quotes.
• Oversee maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients to manage contracts and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental standards compliance.
• Quote work following LOA and corporate governance.
