Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis company) is an AI-powered real-world parking solutions provider based in Seattle. The role involves supervising maintenance crews, directing routine tasks, and ensuring safety and compliance for multiple facilities across the Seattle area.

You will lead by example, coordinate scheduling and training, and collaborate with the General Manager, Maintenance Services to optimize operations.

Qualifications

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Must be proactive with strong customer service skills and lead by example.
License: valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and clean record.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise routine cleaning, maintenance and repair tasks.
Manage day-to-day activities of projects and maintenance crew; ensure completion of all tasks.
Schedule, monitor and verify timecards for staff.
Oversee ongoing and future projects and monitor safety procedures.
Report accidents, hazards, or policy violations to the General Manager, Maintenance Services.
Assist with cleanup of debris, spills and environmental hazards.
Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections for maintenance readiness.
Ensure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance.
Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Perform other necessary functions as assigned.
