Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Knowledge of all maintenance areas and ability to perform repairs.
• Six months in service industry preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Supervise maintenance crew to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Assist with scheduling, timecard monitoring and project oversight.
• Lead safety procedures and report hazards or incidents to management.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections for upkeep.
• Support client satisfaction initiatives and project completion.
