Qualifications

• Three or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to provide a set of basic mechanic's hand tools.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Tear down equipment, rebuild and replace defective parts and component units and reassemble with final adjustments.
• Set up changeovers and production line routines; assist with production line operation.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements; promote safe working practices.
• Interact with various levels of management and participate in special projects.
