Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Carol Stream, IL plant. The role focuses on mechanical troubleshooting and repairs to keep equipment running and downtime to a minimum.

You will work with pumps, conveyors, belts, gears and pneumatic/hydraulic components, reading schematics and prints to guide maintenance tasks. The position requires at least 2 years of industrial mechanical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of industrial mechanical experience.
• A valid, current driver’s license preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to read schematics and mechanical prints.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Identify and repair leaks (air, water, glue, oil, steam).
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps and pump systems; conveyor and belt/pulley systems.
• Perform mechanical PMs and assist with repairs as needed.
• Read schematics and mechanical prints to guide maintenance work.
