Trinity Management Company, L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a diverse maintenance team across property operations. The role focuses on delivering timely maintenance, reducing costs, and mentoring staff for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, housekeepers, groundskeepers, and porters, while ensuring safety, compliance, and strong resident communication. This position offers growth and stability within a collaborative property management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience required.
• At least one year related Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team including technicians, housekeepers, groundskeepers, and porters.
• Schedule and prioritize daily maintenance tasks, work orders, turns, pools, and grounds keeping.
• Monitor projects to completion and ensure timely communication and documentation is maintained.
• Control costs and stay within budget across repairs, maintenance, and replacements; optimize energy use per policy.
• Ensure safety compliance, proper vendor performance, and secure property assets.
• Maintain daily communication with Property Manager regarding staffing, inventory, safety, curb appeal, and resident concerns.
