Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or hospitality.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications are required/preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems and facility operations.
• Own budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and projects.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Manage and mentor maintenance team members; train and uphold accountability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and unit inspections; ensure quality control.
• Support on-call service requests and emergencies; resolve escalated concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
