Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Midland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Manager to uphold the physical integrity of the property and deliver excellent service to residents. You will oversee building systems, manage budgets, and mentor a diverse maintenance team to improve safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating on-call coverage, completing timely work orders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation while supporting day-to-day operations and vendor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Advanced general trade knowledge, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems and budgeting.
• Mentor, coach, and supervise the maintenance team.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate on-call coverage.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of work.
