Trinity Management Company in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing property maintenance, guiding a high-performing team, and driving cost-effective operations within budget.

You will mentor technicians, housekeepers, groundskeepers, and porters; coordinate repairs, safety, and vendor relations; ensure timely responses to requests, and maintain compliance with policies while delivering a high standard of resident satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
• Team Management of Maintenance Technicians, Housekeepers, Groundskeepers and Porters
• Delegates Team Schedules and prioritizes daily maintenance including work orders, turns, pools, and general grounds keeping.
• Monitors all maintenance projects through their completion and ensures appropriate follow up communication and documentation is completed.
• Delegates all tasks appropriately to maximize efficiency of the maintenance team.
• Ensures all the team's projects are completed on or before scheduled completion date.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet the property needs including but not limited to on call scheduling.
• Evaluates employee's work performance and provides ongoing feedback and goals for each team member.
• Coaches and mentors team members to assist their advancement within the company.
