Trinity Property Consultants in Midland, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician III to lead advanced repairs and mentor junior staff. You’ll diagnose complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues and oversee larger projects.

This role requires 3+ years of multifamily maintenance, EPA Universal Certification, and CPO where applicable; CAMT is preferred. Compensation is $26–$28 hourly plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, with an on-call rotation.

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more major trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Working knowledge of appliances and basic diagnostics.
• EPA Universal Certification is required; CPO where applicable; CAMT preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead full turns and larger renovation or repair projects.
• Perform panel, breaker, motor, and fixture replacements with code.
• Inspect mechanical systems and recommend preventative solutions.
• Coordinate vendors for specialized work and manage costs.
• Lead emergency response and on-call service and mentor junior techs.
