Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep of the community’s buildings and grounds. You will lead maintenance, housekeeping, and possibly laundry staff, ensuring safety and compliance with building standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related maintenance experience, plus a valid driver’s license. You’ll coordinate repairs, supervise staff, and support residents with timely, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver’s License required for vehicle travel.
• Ability to multi-task and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff as applicable.
• Direct upkeep of interior and exterior of the community and inspect completed work.
• Coordinate routine maintenance on HVAC, elevators and safety equipment.
• Respond to resident repair requests and manage timely fixes.
• Maintain safety and compliance with local codes and policies.
