Job summary

Bozzuto is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop maintenance teams across our community properties. You will oversee repair work in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, ensure timely make-readies and turnovers, and drive preventative maintenance programs while maintaining safety and code compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities or residential maintenance, 3+ years supervisory experience, and HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience hiring and developing teams.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold the Bozzuto culture and standards.
• Hire, develop and retain capable techs and associates.
• Address maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance systems.
• Oversee make-ready and turnover processes to lease apartments.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and safety protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships within budget constraints.
• Coordinate 24/7 emergency coverage and on-call rotation.
