Job summary

Bozzuto is hiring an Assistant Building Maintenance Manager to preserve, protect and enhance our communities. You will lead maintenance efforts, respond to tickets, and ensure high-quality repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances while managing make-ready turnover and preventative programs.

We value a strong safety mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and EPA/NAPE certification required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto’s values and culture.
• Respond to resident service tickets promptly and thoroughly.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Oversee make-ready and turnover processes to ensure timely leasing.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect building assets.
• Keep the property safe, clean, and well-maintained, including grounds, snow, and safety codes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend support.
