Job summary

Bozzuto in Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our residential communities. You will supervise techs and care associates, hire and develop staff, and ensure timely resolution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues while maintaining safety and code compliance.

This role requires 7+ years in facilities or residential building maintenance with 3+ years of supervisory experience and HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with hiring and staff development.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto's core values and culture.
• Hire, develop and provide on-the-job and classroom education to techs and associates.
• Address resident needs with timely follow-up and thorough ticket completion.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance areas.
• Manage make-ready and turnover processes to lease apartments efficiently.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to preserve building value.
• Maintain building safety, cleanliness and grounds, with on-call coverage.
• Manage vendor relationships and projects within budget.
