Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance professional to manage and execute routine community upkeep, respond to resident work orders, and oversee the make-ready process for vacant apartments. The role requires overseeing cleanliness, safety, and quality across grounds, buildings, and interiors.

Candidates should have a High school diploma or equivalent, experience in property management maintenance, and be proficient with hand and power tools and basic measuring devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and be skilled with hand/power tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of the community and common areas.
• Inspects work by service team members and contractors for quality and adherence to standards.
