Job summary

YES Communities in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise the on-site maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely responses to resident requests while maintaining safety standards.

You will manage preventive maintenance, oversee suppliers and equipment, assist with new home deliveries and set-ups, and participate in safety meetings. A valid in-state driver’s license and high school diploma are preferred; OSHA training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• OSHA certifications or trainings a plus.
• Experience with maintenance software or tablets is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain assets, grounds, and tools; oversee preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate new home delivery, setup, and warranty follow-up with managers.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and manage supplies and equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and enforce OSHA and PPE standards.
