Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.

• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep the community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and safe.
• Complete work promptly while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Respond to after-hour emergency calls according to on-call schedule.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and resolve as applicable.
• Aid in new home delivery and set-up and report warranty work to management.
• Deliver resident notices as requested and participate in safety meetings.
• Uphold OSHA standards and maintain PPE as required by state law.
