Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Maintenance Lead for our Nevada facility. The role oversees repair and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and equipment reliability on the shift.

You will drive RCA analyses, implement improvements, and support lean initiatives to maximize uptime and product quality. The position requires strong leadership, troubleshooting, and blueprints reading skills, with the ability to coordinate with planners and production

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work weekends and/or overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, direct, and hold maintenance teams on shift for planned and emergency maintenance.
• Assess hourly personnel and develop their maintenance skills.
• Monitor uptime, throughput, and product quality.
• Update computerized maintenance system daily.
• Maintain HRIS labor tracking daily for the shift.
• Communicate daily work order status with Planners and Supervisors.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and use available resources to resolve issues.
